Do you ship outside the US?

Currently we are only shipping in the US but in the near future, we hope to make international shipping an option.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

On average, orders get processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

How long does my order take to arrive?

We ship out via USPS 2-day priority and on average, depending on your location, can take between 2-4 business days to arrive. Once your order has been shipped out, you'll receive your tracking number via email.
Please note: Due to the ongoing Pandemic, arrival times may vary.

 My order shows delivered but I didn't receive my package, what do I do?

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages that show "Delivered" when tracked. Once your order leaves our facility it then falls under the responsibility of your local USPS office. Please contact them and provide them your tracking number for further assistance.

What if I entered the wrong address?

You'll have 24 hours from the moment your order was placed to contact us via email (Contact@MarasGlamShop.com) to get this corrected before your order ships out. If it's passed the time frame and your order has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be held responsible for the mistake. 

How can I return an item?

Due to the ongoing Pandemic and in a effort to maintain the safest standards for our customers, we will not be accepting any returns at this time. If any of your item arrived damaged or defective, you'll have 24 hours from the delivered time/date to contact us to get this corrected. Simply let us know what happened by emailing us at Contact@MarasGlamShop.com. Please include your name, address, and order number. Any time past that is sadly beyond our control. 

How can I get a refund?

Unless the error was from our end which we promptly resolve for you, all sales are final.
